Luna the Lost Kitten

Luna was a small gray kitten. She lived in a red house with a little girl named Mia.

One sunny morning, Luna walked out the open door. She saw a butterfly. She ran after it. She ran and ran. Soon Luna was far from home. She did not know where she was.

Luna sat under a big tree. She was scared. She let out a tiny meow.

Mia looked all around the house. "Luna! Luna!" she called. She looked under the bed. She looked in the closet. No Luna.

Mia walked outside. She heard a small sound. Meow! She followed the sound to the big tree. There was Luna!

"Luna! I found you!" Mia said. She picked up the kitten and hugged her. Luna purred and purred. They walked home together.
